Changes to Itinerary
Off the Track Outback Tours has the right to change or modify any tour due to adverse road or weather conditions or any other unforseen circumstances if the guide believes it will compromise any traveller’s safety or comfort.

Deposit and Payment
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are based on a per person basis unless otherwise indicated. All prices are quoted inclusive of a Goods and Services Tax. A 10% deposit required at time of booking. Payment Methods accepted are by cash, cheques by arrangement or electronic funds transfer.

Cancellation
Cancellations notified before 30 Days will be entitled to a full refund. Any cancellations notified less than 7 days departure forfeit their 10% deposit.

Liability
Off the Track Outback Tours accept no responsibility for the loss or damage to personal effects or luggage, nor the death or injury to any person, nor any expense subsequently incurred however caused by or arising out of provision of service or failure to provide service.

Travel Insurance
It is recommended that passengers arrange insurance to provide protection against personal injury, illness and/or loss of personal effects and cancellation of travel in the event of illness, injury or death.
