We were fortunate enough to experience an ‘Off the Track Outback Tours’ when we visited South Australia. It was an amazing adventure that has given us memories and a friendship that will last a lifetime. Being a small group we were able to be spontaneous and flexible allowing us to explore areas and meet ‘characters’ that larger tours couldn’t. We found George to be instantly likeable and professional in every respect. This ensured a comfortable and fun trip while also providing us with a unique insight into the lives of outback Australians. Having requested and received brochures from your department, we decided to take the six day tour which is operated by Off the Track Outback Tours, organised and run by George. This letter is to acknowledge that we had a fantastic trip. George is a most knowledgeable guide and his expertise of the outback is next to none. The statement on his brochure that they ‘go where the buses can’t’ is correct. We saw places that, had we been travelling on our own, we would not have known existed.
